Facility Use Policies

Orchard Hill’s buildings and facilities may be available for use by groups outside of our church ministries. Please note that all church activities take priority when scheduling events.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. Our administrative team will assign you a room based on your event details and may reach out with follow-up questions. You will receive a confirmation email when the reservation is entered, along with notice of any fees that are due. Final approval will be given after full payment is received.

  • Personal event reservations (other than weddings) are accepted no sooner than 6 months in advance.
  • All church activities take scheduling priority. Your event may be asked to move if necessary to accommodate church events.
  • Submitting this form does not guarantee a reservation. Confirmation will come by email once approved.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for review and confirmation.
