Connect & Care

Description:
The Connect & Care Ministry at Orchard Hill is comprised of volunteer-based groups at each campus location with a heart for serving the older generation, people in crisis situations, and families celebrating life milestones. 

Each campus has unique opportunities to help in various ways such as

• Visits to homes, care facilities and hospitals
• Writing encouragement cards
• Praying for specific requests
• Making phone calls
• Making and/or delivering meals

People of all ages and abilities are invited to serve with these teams however their capacity allows. Mutually beneficial relationships are often built between the volunteers and the contacts they serve. 

First Serve Opportunity: Shadow an experienced volunteer as a First Serve to see if this is the right fit for you!

Matching Spiritual Gifts: (You don’t need any specific spiritual gifts to serve here! However, if you’ve taken our Spiritual Gifts Assessment, these are the ones that naturally align well with this role.)
