Preschool Director Hired!

Lynn Doyle has been hired as our first Preschool Director and Lead Teacher.  Lynn and her husband, Scott, have been attending Orchard since 2004. Lynn will begin working part-time immediately. We look forward to having her as a great addition to our staff. We are still seeking to hire an Associate Teacher.

Volunteers Needed for Summer Great Adventure

Classes for 3-yr-olds to 6th grade will be held from June 8 to August 17 during the 9:45 a.m. hour on Sundays (no classes on July 6).  Please contact    Laura Sohl-Cryer at cryerfamilyfour@gmail.com  or 266-5998 for more information or to sign up.

Parking

Thank you for being patient with our parking problems.  We are working and planning to solve our current problems by adding 100 parking spaces and paving some additional parking. Watch for more details.

Summer Church Softball Leagues begin

Sign up at the east information center or the Grundy info table, if you would like to play.  Men’s League plays on Tuesday nights beginning April 29.  COED League will play on Thursdays.  Contact Brad Allspach at 961-1937 or Chris Wion at 610-6687 with questions.

Preschool Registration Still Open

We continue to have space in our preschool for September 2008.  Registration forms are available at the Information Center or online at orchardhillchurch.org/preschool and may be turned in by mail or to the church office.  Registrations are first come, first served.

Student Ministry – Caravan 2008, Daytona Beach, July 6-13

For those who will graduate between 2008-2011.  Payments and deadlines have changed from years past.  Pick up a brochure at the Info Center today!  Contact any member of the Youth Team with questions or call 266-9796 or check caravan@cedarvalleystudents.org.
