	Jennie Knapp (OHC Preschool Director) Jennie has an A.A. from Hawkeye Community College a B.A. from UNI in Elementary Education and Early Childhood. Jennie has had excellent experience working with children; she said, “Children are my ministry,” along with building relationships with families. Jennie and her husband Dave attend Orchard Hill Church. She is extremely excited about the future of this preschool and is eager to see how God works. Jennie will be the lead teacher in the 4-5 year old class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for the 2011-2012 school year. She will complete administrative duties in her office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, along with Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the afternoon. Jennie has served at our preschool since 2008.
	Deb Aalfs, long time member of OHC, Deb comes to our preschool staff with a B.S. in Elementary Education and a minor in Music. Deb currently works for the Waterloo Public Library (since 1997) and prepares story time for all ages as well as organizes the summer library program. She is delighted to get back into the classroom; Deb will serve as an associate for one of the the 3-4 year old classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the 2011-2012 school year. She will continue her part-time job at the library. Deb has a strong faith and believes this is an opportunity to share her creative gifts with young children in a Christian setting. Deb has served at our preschool since 2008.
	Dena Blough has been a member of Orchard Hill Church for 14 years. She has a B.S. in Leisure Services and seven years of preschool experience. Dena's favorite role is being the mother to Lizzy (14) and Connor (12). She has greatly enjoyed the experiences she has had in preschool in the public school system and loves to be able to be in a Christian setting at Orchard Hill. Dena will serve as the lead teacher in the 4-5 year old class on Monday through Friday, as well as the lead teacher for one of the 3-4 year old classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the 2011-2012 school year. Dena has served at our preschool since 2009.
	Terri Williams will be serving as Dena's associate this year in the 4-5 year old class on Monday through Friday, along with her 3-4 year old class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Terri and her husband Don have been members of Orchard Hill Church for over 20 years. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. Terri has provided daycare for her grandchildren the past 8 years and before that she was an associate at River Hills School. Terri is very excited that God has given her this opportunity and is eager to show His love to the preschool children. Terri has served at our preschool since 2010.
	Susan Love, and her husband Troy, have been attending Orchard Hill Church for 18 years. She has a B.A. at UNI in Marketing/Retail Management. She has spent the last 18 years as a stay at home mom of 4 children and volunteering for the Orchard Hill Great Adventure, nurseries, and Mom's Morning Out. Susan loves spending time doing yard work, gardening, and attending her children's activities. During the 2010-2011 school year, she was a substitute teacher at the preschool. Susan will be Jennie's associate in the AM 4-5 year old class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for the 2011-2012 school year. Susan is thrilled to share her love for God and His creations with the children at our preschool.
	Blayne Jesse has a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa in Leisure Youth and Human Services with an emphasis in Nonprofit Youth Development. Blayne has had a wide range of opportunities working with youth. She has a huge heart for serving which lead her to a ministry in New Orleans for two summers during her college years. It was there that she knew God was calling her to not only work with children but also share Christ's love for them. Blayne will be the lead teacher in one of the 3-4 year old classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the 2011-2012 school year. Blayne attends Orchard Hill Church and has served at our preschool since 2011.
