Invitation to New Volunteers:

We welcome new volunteers in all of our programs throughout the entire year.  If God has laid it upon your heart to lead children toward deepening their faith or to be the loving hands and feet of Jesus, please consider volunteering in Children's Ministry.  It is a wonderful act of service to God's Kingdom with an eternal impact!  If you would like to volunteer in Children's Ministry, please call the Orchard Hill Church Office at 266-9796 and ask to speak to any of the Children’s Ministry team members or email Sheila McClanahan at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Guidelines for Junior High and High School Volunteers:

VBS:  Volunteers must be entering 7th grade to help in any area.

Great Adventure/Wee Adventure:  Volunteers must be entering 7th grade.  If students are younger, they must serve with a parent.  We will try to place 7th and 8th graders in the Junior Great Adventure program with an adult co-leader.  We offer programming through 6th grade and strongly encourage students 6th grade and below to participate in our program.
 

Children and Worship or Junior Church:  Volunteers must be entering 7th grade.  If students are younger, they must serve with a parent.

Walker/Talkers & Terrific Twos Nurseries:  Volunteers must be in the 7th grade.  Fifth and Sixth Graders may serve with their parents and may also serve with their Great Adventure small group when shepherded by a small group leader.  We encourage fifth and sixth graders to participate in the Great Adventure program.

Sleeper/Creeper Nursery:  Volunteers must be in the 9th grade.
