Important notice that the Pre-Trip Meeting Time has CHANGED!
*Due to various circumstances our parent and student meeting has been moved back to start at 8:00pm on Wednesday, May 30th!
Same date, just one hour later start time. We will meet in the sanctuary at Orchard Hill. Please remember this meeting is very important for both students and a parent/guardian. Please contact a Caravan administrator if you are unable to attend.
1. Bus & Seat Sign Ups - Opened on May 1st
> The sign up sheets are still posted outside the Caravan Offices at Orchard Hill
> Enter through South facing door marked 'F' to find the Student Ministry/Caravan Offices
> Sign Up sheets will be available during regular office hours 9am-5pm
2. Extra Option Sign Ups for Caravan Closed Wednesday, May 2nd
> If you have not registered and wish to, you will have chance at pre-trip meeting sign up and pay on the spot based on ticket availability
> If you have NOT paid but signed up for an option, you must pay as soon as possible to secure a ticket
3. FINAL Payment of $249 is DUE at the Parent/Student Mtg on May 30th
> We will accept cash, checks, and credit cards in person
> $349 is due for those whom registered AFTER February 1st

Caravan is excited to offer the following extra options for students on Caravan 2012!
BASEBALL GAME :: New York Mets vs. Washington Nationals [$20.00]
BROADWAY SHOWS :: Mamma Mia [$50.00] | Sister Act [$40.00] | The Newsies [$65.00]
> You may select ONE extra option at this time. All the options are offered at the same time on Wednesday, July 25
> You must REGISTER ONLINE for this Extra Option! CLICK HERE
> Registration for the extra option is not complete until we receieve payment. You can pay online HERE or drop/send to Caravan Office at Orchard Hill Church. Your ticket for the event will not be purchased until we have received payment in full for the option selected.
> Because of limited ticket availability and pricing quotes registration for these Extra Options CLOSES May 3rd, 2012.
> These options are completely optional and all costs associated with adding these options on to the Caravan experience will be the student's responsibility. It is not necessary to sign up for an extra Caravan option. You are not required or obligated. If you choose not to take part in an extra option you will have another free afternoon in the city with your selected city group comprised of others not attending an extra optional event.

We appreciate your promptness and are grateful for the investment you are making in helping students take steps closer to Jesus! We hope that this spaced out payment plan is serving you to help budget and save appropriately for this large financial investment. If at any time you need to discuss your current budget or financial plan to make payments for Caravan just ask any of the youth directors. We are here to partner with you as a student, parent, aunt, grandfather, guardian, or whomever!
You will NOT receive a personal confirmation of receipt for your second Caravan12 payment from our Caravan team. If you paid online via Paypal you will have email confirmation from Paypal. We will ONLY contact you if we have NOT received your second payment, which we will discover after we record all recent payments. If you have already spoken with a youth director and have a plan in place for payment we will not contact you. If you would like a personal confirmation of your second payment receipt, please email Kristina directly as Tim and Ben are both out of town for a week.

Yes there is STILL SPACE AVAILABLE on Caravan12 to NYC!
> Many are asking and so we want to make sure you all here loud and clear. YES there is still room for students to sign up for Caravan! We have buses that are full but more buses available to fill. Tell your friends, co-workers, siblings, and teammates to make a decision and get signed up...especially before the price increase! That's right...the current early-bird rate of $799 ends on February 1st. After that date any new regisratants lock in the rate of $899 and the deposit due after Feb. 1st also raises to $300 to keep in line with the set payment schedule. So space is available but time is of the essense if you want to save some money!
> We are looking forward to a spectacular trip this summer! We can't wait to see where and how God will be at work changing hearts forever! We continue to pray for those considering joining us. With space available it is a great opportunity to invite those who may not know Jesus but whom you care deeply about and want to give them the chance to have fun with all of us in the Big Apple and start to learn about who Jesus is and what He did for us!

Caravan had a record breaking night on Wednesday as the most students EVER signed up within the first 24 hours. We surpassed the 80 mark in just under 2 hours! Very cool! We know students are stoked and so are us youth directors! As of this Saturday evening the numbers have reached 100 but they are still coming in so if you or someone you know is considering, encourage them to secure their spot ASAP! We have a capacity of 200 this year and we won't be surprised if we reach that number!
If you have questions regarding registration, deposit, or general inquiries regarding the trip, don't hesitate to contact one of the Caravan Administrative Leaders! Their contact is below. In addition, Tim Walsten will be at the events desk in the atrium outside the gym at Orchard Hill to help people register, make payments, and answer questions tomorrow, Sunday Dec. 17,.

Here's a few important things to keep in mind...
- You must register ONLINE this year by filling out the form located at the caravan website.
- You need to fill out the online registraion form AND pay the deposit of $150.00 to secure the spot
- You may pay online with a credit card via PayPal (4% charge) ... there will be a link to do this within the website
- You may pay with a check or cash by dropping it off with a youth director OR send/drop off at Orchard Hill Church
- There are specific portions of the registration that both the registering student and a parent/guardian must complete
- There are a LIMITED number of student spots this year...only 200, so be sure to sign up as soon as you can to save a spot!

*There will be a Caravan information table in the atrium at Orchard Hill after BIGhouse ends this week. We will be available to accept check & cash payments in person as well as have a few computers available to allow students/parents to start registering! Feel free to stay and hang out until registration opens or head home to use your personal computer to register. We will be more than willing to answer questions and talk about specific details about the trip! Parents, you are more than welcome to stop by as well! In fact, your student will need you to be there to complete portions of the registration!
